1. The Core Promise: Your Media Never Leaves Your Device

The GIF face swap processing pipeline — including face detection, face generation, blending, and GIF encoding — runs entirely inside your web browser using on-device GPU acceleration. The animated GIF files you upload and the portrait photos you provide are never transmitted to any server operated by us or any third party.

Neural network model weights (~293 MB) are downloaded from a CDN when you first visit. After that, all computation happens locally on your hardware. When you close or refresh the tab, all session data is cleared from browser memory. We have no server-side record of what you processed.

2b. Automatically Collected Technical Data

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure and CDN providers may automatically log standard server access data, including: IP address (anonymized where possible), browser type, operating system, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is retained for no longer than 30 days and is used solely for security monitoring and infrastructure capacity planning.

2c. Analytics

We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic (total page views, country-level origin, device type). No personally identifiable information is linked to these counts. No cross-site tracking is performed.
