You are solely responsible for any content you create using the Service and for obtaining all necessary consents from any person whose likeness you use.

The Service's website code, design, branding, and original content are the intellectual property of GIF Face Swap. The AI model weights used in the tool are subject to their respective open-source licenses. You retain all rights to the media files you upload and the output GIFs you create, subject to your compliance with these Terms.
